Delivered subcontractor engagements.
Technical work completed for U.S. prime contractors under subcontract and NDA. Engagements summarized at the engagement-type level; partner names withheld unless we have explicit written permission to publish them.
What we shipped, under whose roof, on what vehicle.
Each card describes a delivered subcontract engagement: the technical surface area, the prime relationship type, the deliverables that shipped, and the procurement vehicle the work moved through. References available with NDA.
Accessibility remediation engineering for a statewide service portal
Permitting platform integration & data migration
Multilingual public engagement platform for a regional plan
Grant-reporting automation for a federal-state pass-through
Compliance & adoption-sequence tracking for a multi-county program
Most of our SLED work stays under NDA.
The engagements above are summarized at the technical-deliverable level. Specifics live on a separate call, behind a mutual NDA, with the prime in the room.
RFP numbers and agency names are withheld unless we have explicit written permission from the prime to publish them.
Proposal content, evaluation matrices, and scoring breakdowns are never republished in public form. Those belong to the prime and the procuring agency.
Analyses of active solicitations are not published. We analyze RFPs only against a formally scoped engagement with a prime, under NDA, against a defined deliverable.
Reference conversations with the named prime contractor on any of these engagements are available on request, with an NDA in place and the prime's consent.

Engagement Examples & Confidentiality
Why case narratives are summarized and how to request detail under NDA.
Why are partner names withheld on engagement examples?
Most SLED subcontract work sits under mutual NDA and prime branding requirements. Public summaries describe engagement type, technical surface, and outcomes, not customer identities unless we have explicit written permission.
Can we get named references for a specific pursuit?
Agency references and CPARS-style performance detail are available upon executed teaming agreement and mutual NDA, not from anonymized marketing cards alone.
What kinds of engagements are represented?
Examples include GIS and statutory environmental submissions, statewide portal accessibility remediation, permitting platform integration, and grant reporting workstreams. Each is delivered as a subcontracted technical slice under a prime's vehicle.
Are contract values or agency names published here?
No. We do not publish unapproved contract values, agency names, or prime logos. Outcome metrics on this page are NDA-safe and suitable for capture conversations once paperwork is in place.
