02 Build Senior review on every merge.

Nothing reaches main without a named senior engineer approving it. Architecture decisions are recorded in your repository.

03 Evaluate Graded on your real cases, not a demo.

50–200 graded cases from your own history, including the ugly ones. Every caught failure becomes a permanent regression case.

04 Operate Monitored, capped, handed over.

A hard monthly ceiling with alerts before you reach it. We run it on retainer, or your team does with a runbook and 2 training sessions.

Where is your team, really?

Engineering is in Lahore, Pakistan. The company is a US-formed Wyoming LLC. That structure is why senior work costs what it does here, and we lead with it. 4+ hours of daily overlap is contractual, not best-effort.

Who does the work, versus who I meet on the call?
