Your vehicle. Your contract. We never face the agency.

The prime is always the named contractor on the procurement vehicle and the only voice to the agency. Techtiz appears on the teaming letter and subcontract—white-labeled on every deliverable.

01

We work on your contract.

Subcontract under your master agreement. Insurance routes through you. IP per your standard NDA. We adapt to your delivery model—you don't adapt to ours.

02

We never go around you.

Our model depends on being the partner that makes your delivery stronger, not the firm that walks past you into procurement. We engage only through a prime. No exceptions.

03

Paperwork closes in days, not months.

Scoped statement of work, teaming letter draft, and named-resume options after the capability conversation. Subcontract paperwork typically closes within 7 to 14 days for most vehicles. Pre-award engagements: teaming letter precedes the SOW.

Task-order structure

How delivery models map to your contract type.

We scope and price to the structure your contracts team already uses on the vehicle—we do not ask agencies to buy commercial packaging.

Fixed scope / defined deliverables
FFP or CPFF task orders
FAR 16.2 · 52.232-7
Time & materials / staff augmentation

FAR 52.232-3

Pre-award & post-award

Same vehicle. Two modes under one teaming letter.

Pre-award: technical volumes, compliance matrices, LOE input, orals demos, and past-performance packaging under teaming letter and NDA. Post-award: named engineering surge, white-label delivery, and IV&V response support under your PM. Either mode, the prime stays the face to the agency.

Who we are not

Not a procurement intelligence firm.

Techtiz is a technical implementation subcontractor for U.S. SLED primes. We do not sell access to public RFPs, anonymized tenders, or procurement subscription data—that lane is operated by Deltek GovWin, Bloomberg Government, and dedicated U.S. capture-consulting firms. Strategic analysis of evaluation criteria happens under NDA with a prime in the room, never as public commentary on named solicitations.

Frequently asked questions

Procurement Vehicles & Subcontracting

How Techtiz joins pursuits on NASPO, GSA, state masters, cooperatives, and direct subcontract vehicles.

Does Techtiz hold its own state or federal contract vehicles?

We join your existing vehicles as a named subcontractor. We do not prime and do not sell direct to agencies. Tell us how the agency buys and we structure the teaming agreement to fit your master agreement.

Can Techtiz work under NASPO ValuePoint or GSA MAS?

Yes, when your prime holds the schedule or cooperative contract. We appear on subcontract and teaming paperwork under your vehicle, not as an independent prime offer to the agency.

How do FFP, T&M, and IDIQ task orders map to delivery?

We align commercial delivery models to your contract type (firm fixed price work packages, time-and-materials engineering, or IDIQ/BPA/MAC task orders) so labor categories and burn reports match your prime accounting.

What is the typical subcontract paperwork timeline?

Direct subcontract and teaming-letter paths often close in 7 to 14 business days once NDA and scope are aligned; complex flow-down reviews may extend that with your contracts team.

Do FAR and DFARS clauses flow down to Techtiz?

Yes. We accept prime flow-down terms consistent with subcontractor performance, including security, IP, insurance, and data-handling clauses in your master subcontract template.
