We built a fully automated workflow that reads incoming Gmail messages, extracts order and product information, fetches context from Shopify, and leverages AI (Gemini) with a Pinecone vector store to craft accurate, on-brand replies.
Each response is sent back to the customer and the email is labeled in Gmail (e.g., Cancel/Refund, Shipping/Product, Happy Customers) for streamlined tracking.
